Mongolia Road Trip – More than just a Journey
“Through photography, I have found a way to inspire people, share my passion for nature, and discover beauty in the smallest things.“
As an outdoor and travel photographer, I‘ve had the privilege of journeying around the world for over four years, capturing the most beautiful places through my lens.
I love being outdoors, whether it‘s hiking, camping, watching the stars or embarking on road trips to distant lands. My enthusiasm for nature has always been significant, but my love for travel only began six years ago when I was 20 years old. Raised on a farm in Northern Germany, family vacations were a luxury we couldn‘t afford due to farm responsibilities – a departure from the norm for most families. Following my high school graduation, I yearned for something creative and chose to pursue a degree in product design.
By chance, during the early days of my studies, I came across a photo of a waterfall in Iceland that left an indelible mark on my memory. Without fully understanding why, I decided to travel to Iceland, and that journey changed everything. I was overwhelmed by the land‘s beauty and the wonders of nature. I had never felt so happy and alive before. Upon returning home, I yearned for more and promptly booked my next flight, which took me to New Zealand. Since then, I haven‘t been able to stop exploring new countries. This year alone, I‘ve visited Morocco, South Africa, Austria multiple times, Georgia, Poland, Mongolia, Madeira, and Nepal. Countries like Papua New Guinea, Alaska, and the Arctic are still on my bucket list.
