A fun challenge – Interview with Ben Berger

For me, it’s all about doing your absolute best to capture a moment without actually knowing whether you pulled it off until you get the film developed.

Hi Ben! First of all, our deepest thanks for all your availability. It’s an honour to have you for this interview. For those who still don’t know you, not from Photography, but the Music world, could you please introduce yourself to our readers?
Hi, and thank you for having me! My name is Ben Berger, and I’m a songwriter and music producer from Los Angeles who also happens to be obsessed with film photography.

There are several examples of artists, musicians and actors who are very passionate about Photography. Could we say that when a form of art becomes a profession, it is necessary to find another as a hobby?
This is absolutely it, and exactly where my passion for photography came from. Having been writing and producing music for something like 12 years, I needed to find a no-pressure way to be creative that could be challenging but fun at the same time. Photography was immediately that for me.
